Nebraska headlines the new Adidas uniform style with these all-black-everything unis vs. UCLA on Sept. 14 (Credits: @UniWatch) |
We bring you a new series that features all the sickest styles in sports, whether it be gear, jerseys, off-field apparel or just an athlete rocking good steez wherever they may be. Welcome to the Bible of Steezus Christ.
For a while now, college football teams have been at the forefront of jersey experiments. Spearheaded by Steeze U. (a.k.a Oregon), we've seen teams try all types of new styles and designs, some quite successfully and others quite disastrously. But, all-in-all most people have enjoyed the revamping of football jerseys. Here are some of the best changes we will see in the upcoming college football season.

Indiana's six helmets
I have to give props to Indiana here. This program hasn't been to a bowl since 2007 and has been the whipping post of the Big Ten for quite some time now, however at least they're taking an interesting angle to try and build a program here. It might not make their players better, but their steez-fast approach could snag a recruit here or there. Six helmets seems a little ridiculous, but when you're a cellar dwelling program, you gotta try and make headlines somehow. That American flag helmet on the bottom has to be up there with the Oregon "wings" helmet they debuted a couple of years ago as the best ones I've ever seen. America and steez go together like peanut butter and jelly.
Your Standard Oregon Picture
Not sure when the Ducks will don these steezy jerseys, but you know this will be one of many unreal unis they'll rock these year. You gotta have a standard Oregon picture if you're talking the Bible of Steezus Christ. All neon everything for days.

Louisiana Tech Gets Patriotic
Out of all the influx of wild new jerseys we've seen over the past few years, the patriotic ones have been the best. Louisiana Tech joins the ranks when they play Army on Sept. 28 with this beautiful helmet. Simple. Stylish. Sick. America.

Rock Chalk Jayhawks Get A Healthy Serving of Steez
I'm assuming that all of these sick helmets will go along with sick jerseys, but I like when teams incorporate throwbacks that are a completely different color. That baby blue vintage numbered helmet surely has to come equipped with an unreal uniform. Also anything with matte black on it, I'm sold on. I don't know where the matte black color came from, but I absolutely love it.

Va. Tech Goes with Orange Camo and it may just work
Although I don't love camo helmets that are in the basic forest green style, any camo that has a different color scheme is good with me. Not sure what the Hokies are going to wear with this, but I hope it's not orange. If they go with their classic maroon unis along with these camo domes then they'll be steezy as hell. Toeing the line is a main theme in the Bible of Steezus Christ, we'll see how this one goes.
